We designed Community Hall around the real daily rhythms of collegiate life, carefully separating our quiet academic zones from active social spaces to create an environment that supports both focused study and meaningful connection.

Single-Occupancy Rooms

You'll find yourself quite at home in one of our rooms designed for one. Each room comes furnished with a twin bed frame (mattress included), a desk, and a dresser, making it more simple for you to move in.

Industrial Kitchen

Whether you're preparing dinner in the shared kitchen, gathering around the dining table, or spending time with friends, our community spaces are designed to foster meaningful relationships.

Laundry & Wi-Fi

Included with the room are free laundry services and Wi-Fi, providing you with extra comfort and time to focus on what matters most - studying hard and connecting well.

Additional Benefits

The proximity of Community Hall to campus is unbeatable (right across the street!), making it the optimal spot for getting a little ways away from the hustle and bustle while staying really close to campus. Additionally, we will hold weekly community dinners for Community Hall residents, providing a time to get filled up on food and fellowship.
