What are the leasing options?
Your chosen rate, in addition to the room charge, features all-inclusive utility billing, covering high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and trash. There are no hidden fees or surprise monthly charges.
We offer multiple leasing options, from full year to monthly, that will align directly with your calendar, giving you the flexibility you need when preparing for college.

Community Hall is located within walking distance of a gas and convenience store, coffeeshop, Italian restaurant, and pizza place, not to mention the main Washburn University campus. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive.
